Can virtual reality provide a solution?

Can virtual reality provide a solution to the individual and societal health problems caused by traditional computers? Professor Mark Mon-Williams explains how the arrangement of visual information presented within a VR headset and the system design can reduce visual pressures and allow more naturalistic interaction movements reducing muscular-skeletal problems.

VR also has the potential tackle the obesity crisis in high income countries, through engaging full immersive exercise and offers an unprecedented opportunity to improve training of health practitioners through communication and course access.
